• There are junior tickets available for children with a height of 35-55 inches. You may purchase these directly at Anjo World's ticketing booth
• Outside food and beverages (including water) as well as pets are not allowed inside Anjo World

Snow World Reminders:

• Only children 3 and above will be allowed to enter
• Guests with pre-existing medical conditions (hypertension, asthma, pneumonia, colds, heart problems, prior operation in the bones and pregnant women) are discouraged to enter
• Guests at least 4ft and above may be allowed to use the ice slide
• Cameras are not allowed inside Snow World. You may purchase your photos from the photographer inside the attraction

• Is my 3-year-old child free of charge?

Our ticket rates are based on a child’s height. Children below 34 inches are free to enter and may take a limited number of rides (height restricted and with a paying guardian)

• Do you have PWD or Senior Citizen Discount?

FUNtastic Morning! Hi, yes we do discounts for PWD and Senior Citizens. ID will be required upon purchase of tickets. However, some rides may not be suitable for them.

• Can my 2 year-old child can enter Snow World?

For Snow World, only 3 years old and above can enter. Below 3 years old are not allowed to enter inside. Guest with medical conditions such as hypertension, asthma, pneumonia, colds, fever, flu, heart problems and pregnant women are strictly not allowed inside Snow World.

• Do you have parking at Anjo World? How much is the fee?

We have a limited number of free parking spaces inside Belmont One, on a first come, first served basis.

• Do you offer discounts for groups and students?

• Do you have PER RIDE TICKETS?

We do not have individual ride tickets. We offer only unlimited rides ticket (Day Adventure Pass) and 3 (three) ride ticket called Super Tres. Please check our PRICE and PACKAGES pages on www.anjoworld.com for more information

• Can I leave the park and go back again?

Yes as long as you have been stamped by our staff at the exit prior to your going out of the park and if you still have your pop tag attached to your wrist. Your tickets are valid only the day it is purchased (if bought at the gate) and used. You may re-enter only on that same day it is used.

• Will you open on a rainy day?

In most cases, we will open on a rainy day, although we may close on days with heavy rains or storm. During a rainy day, most outdoor rides will be closed for the guest’s safety. Announcements will be done on our website and social media accounts

• How will we know if a ride or attraction is under maintenance?

Rides currently under maintenance will be prominently identified \ at the main entrance The Park reserves the right to discontinue operations of a ride if in the interest of safety, it feels circumstances so warrant.

• What are “ride restrictions” and how do I know what rides are appropriate for my kids?Ride Restrictions are reminders and requirements for every ride inside the

park. The minimum or maximum height and other restrictions are prominently displayed on signs before each ride. Some rides require a companion or adult to accompany children as stated on the safety signage. Each rider is expected to evaluate each ride if he/she and his/her party can safely take the ride. For more information, kindly refer to the RIDES AND ATTRACTIONS page on www.anjoworld.com and when at the park please approach our Guest Relations Office located at near the main entrance Area.

• Is there a Smoking Area inside the park?

Smoking is strictly PROHIBITED inside the park, including in the outdoor rides area.

• Where is Anjo World located?

Anjo World is located at Cebu South Road, Upper Calajo-an, Minglanilla.

• Can we bring our own cameras inside Anjo World and Snow World?

Cameras are ALLOWED inside Anjo World. However, it is NOT ALLOWED inside Snow World. This is due to the abrupt change of temperature (from outside and inside Snow World) that may cause damage and moist to your cameras or mobile phones.

• Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept all major credit and debit cards, except AMEX.

• Do you provide a lockers or baggage counter where we can leave our things?

We have a limited number of lockers for rent counter at the main entrance. Guests are reminded to secure their personal belongings while inside the park, Anjo World is not responsible for any loss or damage to them.

• Do you have strollers and wheelchairs available for rent?

Sorry, we do not have strollers available for rent but we have a limited number of wheelchairs available at the park clinic.

• Can we bring our pet/s with us inside the park?

Pets are not allowed inside the park.

• Can we bring in foods and drinks to the park?

Bringing in of outside foods and drinks are not allowed inside the park, except for infant food and/or drinks. Food Kiosks and Caffe Colosseo are available inside the park.
